BBHA livelihood projects are designed around locally relevant opportunities, realistic planning and responsible use of resources. The aim is to strengthen household capacity rather than create dependency.

What responsible delivery means
Livelihood assistance is not presented as a guarantee of income. Projects are assessed for relevance, feasibility, safeguarding and the ability to monitor how support is used.
Monitoring and accountability
Activities are planned against defined needs and available resources. BBHA maintains programme records, safeguarding expectations, approval controls and follow-up processes appropriate to the intervention so that support can be reviewed and reported responsibly.
